Head of Marketing

Oh hello 👋 Thanks for visiting our little recruitment site. I'm Paul. Dad, mountain biker, slow runner and marketer. I lead the marketing team here at Rocketspark.

I studied at Waikato University way back and have spent my career since in marketing and product roles across several tech businesses. Marketing is where my heart is. I love the challenge of connecting with an audience in creative ways, and Rocketspark is a great place to do that. We get to work on cool stuff and we're at an exciting stage with plenty of growth opportunities to jump into.

Danielle

Community Marketing Manager

Hi, I'm Danielle. When I’m not happily getting lost outdoors, I'm plotting my next children’s book. I’m new(ish) to Rocketspark and having a lot of fun building a community of designers.

I ended up in marketing by accident. I studied law, competed as an elite athlete, then freelanced for a bit, so the next step was marketing (obviously!). It’s turned out to be the perfect fit. I love that you get to chase results whilst being creative and building something exciting from scratch. At Rocketspark, it’s even better because I get to work with some awesome people.

Tyron

Graphic Designer

Hey! I’m Tyron, and I have been the graphic designer here at Rocketspark for the past 5 and half years! Outside of work, I’m keen on most things outdoors, including hiking, biking, golf and dirtbike riding.

I studied Computer Graphic Design at The University of Waikato, many years ago now. I love working in the marketing team, and the diversity it brings to my role. I enjoy the challenge of visually connecting people to the work we do.

Nyla

Junior Designer

Hey! I'm Nyla, the Junior Designer at Rocketspark. I'm currently studying communications and design at The University of Waikato, so this role is the perfect playground for putting it all into practice.

I get to work across design, photography and video with the marketing team, and I'm always up for anything that involves a being creative. I love creating visuals that feel interesting and human, and I'm learning heaps along the way.
